The company was founded in 2005. The product was designed by officials, assignors, and schedulers who needed one place for games, people, rules, communication, and pay.
We still focus on officiating organizations: associations, leagues, clubs, schools, conferences, and the assignors who fill their games.
The platform has grown by adding the controls real assigning requires: qualifications, restrictions, notifications, evaluations, reports, payroll, and mobile access.
Support is included with a subscription. We help you operate the software. We generally do not log in and change your data for you.

A team that stays on the product
Horizon is built and designed by a dedicated team that also uses the software every day for our own officiating work. The people who write the product and answer chat work with assignors and officials every week.
