Purchasing a new subscription is instantaneous, and your subscription will be available immediately after purchase. Adding or importing your data can take as little as a few hours, depending on how detailed you want to go into the setup and how many features you want to activate. A basic setup can be ready to schedule officials within just a few hours. Larger and more advanced organizations may want to take their time and set things up over days or weeks. It's really up to you.
We don't set any limits on the number of assignors or schedulers you can have in your organization. Assignors and schedulers will occupy one of your user licenses, so you'll need to consider those users when planning how many licenses to purchase, but as long as you have an open license, you can freely set a user's permission to whatever level you feel is most appropriate for that user.
