HorizonWebRef.com has cut my day to day scheduling workload in half. I now rely on the system, as well as the officials I assign to do the communication (email/text) grunt work. We have been using Horizon to schedule our officials for three years now and our officials are thrilled with all aspects of the site as well as the mobile app. We find Horizon to be an economical and easy to use tool. Each official can set their own reminders schedule and can use the site for information on the partner, the site and the teams. Overall, we are more than satisfied and find this tool more user friendly than other systems which we've used previously.
600 spring games, and officials praise the reminders
After researching several assignment software packages, I decided to try Horizon. After a year and a half I have not regreted my decision to use Horizon. I assign over 600 games in the spring season alone and other seasons from March to November. All questions, difficulties, and issues have been quickly resolved using the tremendous support system. More importantly the officials I assign have high praise for the reminder features and the other resources available through Horizon. Highly recommend this software.

I've lived long enough to remember the days when you'd get a phone call every other week from your league scheduler. If you missed the call, you could miss assignments. If you participated in multiple associations, you had to be keep your planner calendar handy and up to date. On top of that, you had to carefully track payments due to you as those would come in on no set schedule. Horizon Web Ref is so much better. As life happens, you can adjust in real time. Payments due are tracked on a single page. You can run reports. What a great tool.

HorizonWebRef is the only product we trust. The Program has allowed us to be the most efficient and utilized Adult Referee Group in our area. The Scheduling Program is outstanding and has contributed to fewer missed assignments, constant communication with officials and financial recording keeping. The finance module saved us hours
We have been using Horizon for a year now, before we started Horizon we compared all the current tools and felt Horizon offered the best value for money. We started small (50 users) and have just extended our licence, so we can offer it to all our state groups. We find it a very useful tool for maintaining communication about game assignments and availability. The finance module has saved us hours in frustration and is something I can clearly show our customer Leagues where the money goes. Calendar sync makes availability a breeze
Awesome system. Much easier to use and manage multiple organizations than other assigning systems. Calendar sync with Google is an extremely useful feature and makes arranging availability a breeze. I have been working with other systems over the years and Horizon is the best for assignors and officials.
There is no better system out there
I have been using Horizon Webref for five years this will be our sixth year. There is no better system out there. I am involved with other organizations that use another system this one is sooo much better. It is easy to navigate, input documents, data, games, members, send emails etc. The tech support is always available and respond very quickly and sometimes to very simple questions with great patience. Most importantly Horizon Webref is constantly improving their system they take suggestions and input from users seriously and change things to make our (users) lives much easier.
