For referees, umpires, and assignors
Tournament assigning for multi-field weekends
Cover several fields or courts, handle late scratches, and keep a shared pool of officials on one record through a packed tournament weekend.
Density across venues
See who is already working nearby when the next bracket game needs a crew. Conflict checks catch overlaps before you publish.
Late scratches without a phone tree
Notify replacements quickly. Post open games so eligible officials can express interest — Horizon calls that TBA Requests — then award coverage when you are ready.
One pool for the whole event
Keep qualifications, blocks, and availability on the same record whether games run on Friday night or Sunday morning.
Import the slate, then assign
Bring tournament schedules in, apply your rules, and close the weekend with payroll reports that match the games worked. Electronic ACH through Payment Center is United States only; fees may apply.
