You can think of licenses like seats in an auditorium. Most of your users will occupy one of these seats while they are a member of your subscription. Your pricing will be based on the number of seats (licenses), not the actual number of users occupying those seats in your organization. At the beginning of your subscription term, you will select a base package size which includes a fixed number of user licenses. You may purchase additional Add-On user licenses throughout your subscription term at any time in increments of 5. The price for your add-on user licenses is based on the package you're subscribed to. You cannot change your subscription package until the end of your subscription term. Yes. If you remove a licensed user from your subscription, the user license will be free and available for a different/new user to occupy.
No, refunds are not available for user licenses. Once subscribed, user licenses are retained for the entire subscription term. If you remove a user, the license remains as part of your subscription but becomes unoccupied. You can utilize that license for a new user whenever needed. To reduce licenses, contact support to adjust your subscription package and licensing 30 days before renewing for the next term.
No. Add-On User Licenses are available for purchase throughout the year, but they are at the same annual price from the package that you've purchased. They are not pro-rated and your subscription's expiration date will not change due to additional add-on user license purchases. You cannot change pricing packages during the middle of your subscription term, but you can change pricing packages 30 days prior to your expiration date during your renewal period by contacting support.
We provide free technical support services via Online Chat and Email to help you navigate and operate our software systems. These technical support services can be used by any user in our system and are not limited to just schedulers. Many questions, however, are best answered by the schedulers themselves, so for this reason, we recommend officials contact their officiating organization prior to contacting technical support, but it is not required. For security and accountability, our technical support team is generally not permitted to make changes, additions, or uploads to your subscription data, but they will assist with walking you through the process so that you understand how to do it. If there is a technical problem that is causing the system to operate outside of our intended designs and implementations, then we will make the necessary changes to whatever is needed to correct the logical deficiency and return operations to our intended methods. There are no limits to the number of assignors or schedulers you can have in your organization. Each assignor or scheduler will occupy one of your user licenses, so it's important to consider these users when planning your license requirements. As long as you have available licenses, you have the flexibility to assign user permissions at a level that suits each individual's role and responsibilities within your organization.
Absolutely! If you exhaust your available licenses, you have the option to buy additional Add-On User Licenses at any point during your subscription term. These licenses are priced at the same rate as your original subscription package. It's important to note that you cannot change your subscription package until the end of your subscription term. This means that your per-license cost will remain fixed at the price associated with your subscription package throughout the entire term, regardless of any add-on licenses you acquire later on.
While most users in your organization will require a user license, there are exceptions. Team personnel, such as coaches or school athletic directors, do not need a user license. You can add an unlimited number of these specific users without affecting your user licensing count. This allows you to accommodate team personnel freely within your subscription, ensuring efficient collaboration without any impact on your user license allocation.
No. We do not have any setup fees for our subscriptions. We do have some Add-On Services available to purchase for organizations looking for functionality beyond what we normally provide. Many organizations choose not to use these features and can operate without these Add-On costs.
The cost of any subscription includes nearly all the features that we offer. Most organizations do not need to pay for anything other than the regular user licensing subscription costs. Yes, to balance the low cost of our subscriptions, we do show just a few advertisements from time to time (nothing crazy). The advertisements are non-intrusive, meaning we keep them out of your way while allowing us to keep your expenses as low as possible. If the advertisements are a deal-breaker for you, we do offer an ad-removal add-on option that you can purchase to remove these completely.
