Distributed Work Load
Now your administrative contacts can sign in and add games that need to be assigned. Officials can sign in and submit their availability dates. The assigner no longer has to enter in all the information needed for making assignments.

Availability Dates
Assignors will have less work ahead of them, because they will have accurate schedules created the first time through.  Their officials will have up to date availability calendars that they can update at anytime so the assignors are always on top of who is available to work games.

Multiple Association Ability
Officials can use ONE USERNAME and ONE PASSWORD to navigate ALL their schedules with multiple organizations.  Officials that work multiple schedules at multiple levels will love this because they only need one login to manage them all.  Assignors also benefit from this, because the system will consider all the officials games, preventing double booking across multiple organizations.

Schedule Importing from Spreadsheets
Assignors can now import their schedules from spreadsheets that they receive from administrators.  With one click they can import all the games into their schedule to cut the time spend on user input into a fraction of the time spent before this system!

Online Game Tracking
Officials accept/decline and print game schedules online. Cancellations or changes are updated in real-time.

Text Message Alerts
Officials can specify a mobile phone number and text messaging rules, such as time of the day parameters and maximum texts message limits, to receive immediate text messages when a game is added or changed.

Emailed Assignment Reminders
Officials are automatically emailed when new assignments are added or changes are made to existing games.  They can also specify a mobile phone number to receive immediate text messages when a game is added or changed.

Assigner Retains Total Control
The assigner controls what a user can see and do by customizing comprehensive permissions.

Updated Contacts Lists
The assignor no longer needs to worry about keeping contact information up to date.  Each individual user can update all their contact information including address, phone numbers, email address, and profile picture so the assignor is always up to date with their officials.

Member Messaging
With all the contact information in one central location, messaging fellow officials is now a click away.  Just find your official, type your message & send!  No more copy and pasting email addresses.  Assignors can also send out mass emails to the entire association without having to keep track of email lists.

Memo Posting
The assignor can post memos for all the officials, observers, and other assignors to see.  Officials are emailed instantly to alert them of a new memo.  This way your association stays up to date with important updates.

Payroll Tracking
The system automatically calculates payroll.  It will take into account game fees, travel compensation, annual dues, assignor fees, association fees and much more.  Printable reports are easily generated and can be submitted to the assignor for payment, or automatically checked by the assignor for payroll generation.

Incident Reporting (optional)
The officials can now easily create incident reports for game misconducts, disqualifications, ejections, etc.  The reports quickly take information from the schedule to reduce user input errors.  The reports are immediately emailed to the assignor to make sure they are handled quickly and efficiently.  The assignor has the ability to turn this feature on or off in their preferences.

Venue Mileage Tracker (optional)
The assignor no longer needs to keep track of mileage information.  Users can automatically input their own distances to your association's different venues, and the mileage compensation (if any) is automatically calculated.  The assignor can turn this feature on or off in their system preferences.  They can also control the amount of mileage compensation given.

Community Forums (optional)
Keep your official in the loop with your association community by using the community forums.  Officials can make posts about game situation, questions, problems, weekend plans, and much more.  Keep your officials closer and working as a team by allowing them to communicate openly and easily.  The assignor can also turn this feature on or off in their system preferences.

Prospective Officials Tracking (optional)
This feature works amazing for officials associations that are by invitation only.  Associations can easily add, track, rate, and rank prospective officials and allow the community to input feedback (viewable by the assignor only) on the prospective officials so they can make more informed decisions on officials to invite into their associations.  This feature can be turned off by the assignor in their system preferences.

Partner Blocks (optional)
Officials can create a list of officials they do not want to work with.  The assignor can turn this feature on or off in their system settings.

Team Blocks (optional)
Officials can create a list of teams they do not want to work.  The assignor can turn this feature on or off in their system settings.

Venue Blocks (optional)
Officials can create a list of venues they do not want to work at.  The assignor can turn this feature on or off in their system settings.

Ratings & Ranking (optional)
Assignors can turn on the ability for coaches & fellow officials to rate their partners and game officials and keep track of all the ratings, to create a rank of officials.  This ranking report is easily displayed to the assignor from them to consider the ratings when they make their assignments.  The feature can be turned off by the assignor.
